Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising initiative and pre-ordered Year of the Dragon t-shirts!
What Happens Now?
PRODUCTION IS UNDERWAY
All orders have been confirmed. On 03/03 we sent our final count to the suppliers, who are now busy in production. This process is expected to take approximately 4 weeks to complete. We will then take an extra few days packing and sorting each order.
IN THE EVENT OF DELAYS
If there are any expected delays we will place a notice on this page and notify your instructors. However, fingers crossed there are none!
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Once packing is complete, orders will be assigned and shipped (in bulk) to your nominated Training Centres.
Your instructor/s will notify you when your orders are ready to collect and will disperse these to you in class. Each order will be marked with your name and invoice details.
For purchasers based abroad/outside of a main Training Centre region, please liaise with your instructor directly to arrange delivery.
FAQ
WAS MY ORDER RECEIVED?
If you placed your order via this website and completed the checkout process, your order has been received and confirmed. You will also have received an order confirmation email immediately after completing checkout.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We cannot change orders at this point as our final counts (incl. colours, sizes, and quantities) have already been finalised with the supplier.
I MISSED THE PRE-ORDER, CAN I STILL ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. As numbers have been finalised and production has begun we are unable to accept additional orders at this time.
We are exploring other options/methods to try and service those who missed out, however, we cannot make any guarantees about future order opportunities.
WILL ANY LOOSE STOCK BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
No. The only stock we have ordered from the suppliers is the stock to fulfill the pre-orders.
